I had been slowly deteriorating from the rheumatiod arthritis that had been eating at my joints. Not only were my bones becoming weaker, but my skin and teeth were terrible. When I began eating the Arthritics Diet I was amazed after the first week. After a month my friends and neighbors commented on my skin. This WILL happen to you too. Start doing the following: 1. Go to the Foods to start Eating page and start to broaden what you eat. You must start to eat uncooked food, as close to its natuarl state as possible. Contrary to popular belief, uncooked food is delicious. The extra bonus is that it will start to detoxify your body from the processed food you have been eating, and will start building healthy, strong cells. Go to the Foods to start Eating Page, it is all outlined there. 2. STOP eating the items listed , and be sure to keep track of when you have a flare, and what you ate before the flare happened. This will tell you what your body doesn't want. 3. Start moving every day. The best thing for arthritics is walking or swimming. I like riding my bicycle. The idea is to get oxygen into your tissues to kill invading bacteria and others that are living there. There are many fungus and virus that thrive in ANaerobic tissue. That is tissue that has lower than normal oxygen levels. When I started all I could do was walk around my house once a day. But I was on my way. 4. Sunlight - You must get at least 20 minuts of unfiltered sunlight into your face and eyes everyday. Some have reported relief from this alone.
